IH Barcelona CELTA centre

International House Barcelona is one of Europe's top language teacher training centres, with the prestige and guarantee of quality that comes with being part of the International House network of language schools.

Apart from TEFL courses, the centre is also one of Spain's top training centres for teachers of Spanish as a foreign language. In addition, large numbers of students come from all over the world to take Spanish courses with us. Right in the heart of Barcelona

IH Barcelona is situated in the centre of Barcelona, a 5 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and the top of the Ramblas. The school occupies 5 floors of a large corner building, which has a distinctive, triangular shape (somewhat similar to the famous 'flat-iron' building in New York). Dating from the beginning of last century, the school building has many attractive features, lots of natural light, high ceilings, a marble staircase, etc.

The school's main reception area is located on the ground floor (floor B), just inside the street entrance. Teacher Training Administration is in Room C3, on Floor C, where the Spanish Department and Spanish Teacher Training also have their offices.
